BetterRide, the Mountian Bike Skills Coaching used by World Champions Ross Schnell and SueHaywood, is coming to Minneapolis on June 19-20 for a two day mountain bikeskills camp. This will be the best investment you have ever made in yourcycling. For less than the price of a new wheel set you can learn skills(and drills to master those skills) that will help you the rest of your life.>>
Whatto expect from a BetterRide coaching session:>>

Ourgoal is to teach you the core skills of mountain biking* and give you drillsfor each skill so you can continue to fine tune the skills long after the camp.
Withthis goal in mind Gene and Andy (with the help of World Champions Greg Minnaar,Marla Streb, Ross Schnell and Sue Haywood (and many more less famous riders andcoaches)) have designed a structured Two Day Skills Progression to teach youthe "core skills"* of mountain biking. In addition to these coremountain bike skills we teach the mental side of mountain biking throughout thecamp to help you over come fear and barriers to improvement and get you ridingconfidently.

Eachday will start at 9:45 am with 3-4 hours of skills instruction and drills (in alocal park) followed by 2-3 hours of on trail practice and riding on trail. Atypical day runs from 9:45 am until 4:00 to 5:00 pm

All mountain bike clinics, camps and private lessons areguaranteed to improve your riding or your money back.

*They may be core skills but unless someone taught them toyou it is unlikely that would know and understand them, this is why pros likeChris Van Dine (Pro downhill racer for Cannondale), Amanda Riley (Pro xc racerfor Titus, Hayes, Kenda) Ben Craner (2007, 2008 Utah Pro downhill champion),Lynda Wallenfels (Great Britain National Champ xc racer and coach), JoeySchusler (2008 Colorado Champion) and the Go-Ride pro team take camps from me,which means these camps are great for pro racers as well as advanced beginners.Few riders know these skills and even fewer can do them well (Gene didn't learnmany of these skills until his sixth through tenth seasons as a pro racer andonly then through asking European and Australian coaches and racers a lot ofquestions).
