Details:  I was at the Park for another reason and hit the trail after. A bit of a roller coaster through grassy ski trails. Was hard to find the start point since the have re-done the chalet and ski hill portion. Great cardio work out went very fast for a 7 mile Loop a couple times. Worked the High speed mucles but missed the technicle aspects. Trail and paved trails are in great shape.
