    Trail Condition: Damp
    Date Posted: 05-05-2012 @ 09:31 PM

Details:  Sloppy, 494 to Cedar on the Eagan side has a lot of downed trees after the last bunch of storms. The washout area by the log bridge is getting worse. Rideable but needs major cleanup.

Details:  Finished riding today at 1:30, and trail was mostly tacky. Many dry spots, a couple of puddles, and a couple of damp conditions. No tread left.

    Trail Condition: Dry
    Date Posted: 04-27-2012 @ 07:04 PM

Details:  Trail nice and dry this morning. Rode from Bloomington Ferry Bridge to Indian Mound school and back. Sand? Yes, but not as bad as years past, keep those pugs rolling down there. Nine Mile Creek currently has a dry tree and log bridge. Great long distance ride for the Twin Cities.

    Trail Condition: Dry
    Date Posted: 04-01-2012 @ 12:20 PM

Details:  Dry, to the point where its almost too dry. There are some stretches of serious sand, which will probably continue to drag out through the summer. Also the site lines are great, since it hasn't greened up yet. Lots of hikers encountered yesterday

    Trail Condition: Dry

Details:  Trail is great. There are a couple trees blown down by the wind from Monday so watch out. Otherwise great condition Tuesday nite 3/27. Several deer grazing between the trail and the river. They did not so much as budge as I went past. This trail starting to get more walkers and dogs. We have to yield to them...

Details:  Rode from the Mendota trailhead to Cedar. Perfect conditions with one wash out @ 1/2 between 494 and Cedar. The trail was muddy right at the Cedar bridge but otherwise in great condition. Popular too. You will need to portage your bike across the washout but some wise person has place three logs across the span making a perfect person/bike bridge.

Details:  Rode the lowland trail east from Lyndale, past Hwy 77 to the climb out near the refuge headquarters- 99.5% dry, with the usual muddy spots near Hopkins road that sometimes never dry out.

Rode the bluffside trail from Indian Mounds School to Hopkins Road. Tacky & good to go. No mud at all.
Work is the curse of the riding class.

Details:  Stay off until temps drop or the trail dries out. Since we wont have flooding this year, the damage done now will not go away.

Details:  Last hurrah for the season... Ice/ bust thru to water/ snowcrust/ dirt/ logs/ traps, repeat.

9 Mile creek, your going to really want to cross in order to cross... Only option is shimmy across the downed tree. Unsure? see for photo- http://sauberlarry.blogspot.com/

Next Fall start over from scratch...
