Milaca

Where is this Milaca trail you speak of? Can you describe it briefly to me...ie: length, technical aspect.

milaca has alot of singletrack. bridges, swamps and trees. nice riding, about 14-15 miles long...

if you come down thru duluth, give me a shout. there is some nice riding around here, singletrack [altho not long] and bighit stuff at spirit mtn.

We just went up to Milaca this past weekend...not knowing what to expect! It was wonderful! In my opinion the "Bog Monster" and all the tight track in the area I call the "Pine Forest" is great! There are a lot of bridges made out of logs and normal style bridges. Plus lotss of roots, log crossings and rock gardens. This trail is definately in my top three pick close to the cities!

I posted a few pictures from a trip that Tim Wegner, Dale Gundberg and I took up at Milaca a few weeks ago. I hope to have a trail review created for Milaca shortly as well. (or at least more trail pictures)
