I have never been on this trail before. Someone told me that there is a log crossing. That concerned me a little bit because I have biking shoes that are a little awkward for balance, and my bike is one of those "Y" frames, so that too is awkward to carry. If it is a log where you could slip off if you are not well balanced, I would rather skip it I guess.

Otherwise, I am eager to try the trail.

A log crossing is usually a pile of logs that are perpendicular to the trail that you ride over (or walk over). Many years ago there was a log across the creek that you had to walk over to cross the creek, but now there is a raft in that spot that shouldn't give you any trouble.

I am familiar with the log piles from Lebanon etc. I am looking forward to trying the trail now!

23 miles of posible trial right in the cities. Not to technical but still fun and varied, still one of my favorit trails
