For Sale:

Yakima rooftop bike rack system. Includes:

- 4 Q towers for gutterless car roofs
- 2 48" round bars with caps
- 2 Lockjaw upright bike carriers
- 8 Same Key System (SKS) lock cores
- 1 44" fairing

The Lockjaw carriers clamp on to the downtube of a bike. They're adjustable for different diameter downtubes and allow the bike to be carried without having to take the front wheel off.

Retail price for all of these parts is around $450. I'll let everything go for $200. I'd prefer to sell the entire thing as a unit rather than selling the individual pieces.

I live about 5 miles west of Hastings right off of Hwy 55 if you'd like to take a look at the rack.

Call 651-438-4049 (evenings) and ask for Eric or leave a message if you're interested.

Just curious...why are you getting rid of it? I've got the ankle biters and have looked at the Lockjaw (didn't have it a few years back when I bought the AB's)

My wife and I are selling the rack simply because we don't use it any more. We bought it several years ago when our vehicle situation was different (didn't have a truck) and needed to carry our bikes on the car. Now that we've got a truck I just throw the bike(s) in the back and off we go. The rack just sits in the garage and takes up space now.
