Kenwood monday ride

stoneage (Bill O'Reilly) mentioned at the MORC party that there was a group ride leaving from the Lake of the Isles Kenwood Cyclery at 5:30 PM mondays.... that would be in about 35 minutes... but he said they usually get 35-40 riders

I figure I will go on it today and report back.

Now the question is... will they stone me for riding my geared bike instead of my single? :D

well, I am alive and in 1 piece. In spite of cooler weather there seemed to be a good turnout with maybe 2 groups forming right away, a slower group with the women and a fast group of guys comprised of mostly comp/expert riders. I of course decided to punish myself by attempting to hang with the fast group. we flew through wirth, brownie lake and the railroad tracks section of cedar.

Must say I dislike all the woodchips on the ski trails in wirth.

Anyway, good ride to go on. seems that you'll be able to either hammer or find a group to not-hammer with.
