Monticello trail

A friend and I might be heading up to Monticello tomorrow. I see there are trails in the area so I was wondering if anyone knew of the directions.

Yes.

Hang with me here. Kinda vague.

Take the second exit to Monticello. It is the one with all the car dealerships.

When you get off 94 go south. at the 1st stop light hang a right.

Follow this road until you come to a sign saying YMCA Camp. to the right.

It will be the second sign that you will want to take. It is at a 4 way stop.

go north on this road for a little while and the parking area will be on your right.

I might make a suggestion that elk river will be just as close and is a better trail

My brother rode Monti a while back and it was very very overgrown (he said it was just miserable). Unless there has been some big time brush clearing since he rode I also would recommend Elk instead. Anybody know the current conditions out at Monti?
