Dear MORC Members,

I'm pleased to announce details have been finalized for MORC's Annual Meeting & Party! The event will be held September 20th at Buck Hill. All members and guests are encouraged to attend. This fun event will be a great opportunity to ride and socialize with other mountain biking enthusiasts. The meeting portion of the event will include a review of 2003 accomplishments and election of the 2003-2004 Board of Directors.

MORC's Annual Meeting & Party Sept. 20th @ Buck Hill.



We are pleased to announce details have been finalized for MORC's Annual Meeting & Party! The event will be held September 20th at Buck Hill. All members and guests are encouraged to attend. This fun event will be a great opportunity to ride and socialize with other mountain biking enthusiasts. The meeting portion of the event will include a review of 2003 accomplishments and election of the 2003-2004 Board of Directors.

When:
Saturday, September 20th
12:00PM - 4:00PM Trails open for riding
4:00PM - 6:00PM Food, refreshments & socializing
6:00PM - 8:00PM Annual Meeting & door prizes
8:00PM - 9:00PM Cleanup & more riding

Where: Buck Hill Ski Resort

Directions from the North:
Take Interstate 35E or 35W and head South.
Right after 35W and 35E merge, you'll pass Buck Hill.
It is clearly seen from the highway.
Take the next exit, County Road 46, and follow the frontage road back to Buck Hill.

Directions from the South:
Take Interstate 35 North.
Exit on Crystal Lake Rd, turn left.
At the stoplight, turn left on Buck Hill Road.
Buck Hill is just a couple blocks down the road.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We still need help with setup, cleanup, cooking, course marking, and the MORC table. If you can help, please contact Bob Bryan (BOBBKR@aol.com).

BOARD CANDIDATES REQUESTED! All at-large Board positions are up for election this year, and we have several Board Members who are moving out of the area or not seeking re-election. If you're interested in becoming a MORC Board Member, please submit a bio (250 word maximum) to Steve Garnjobst (mnbiker@comcast.net), describing your background and
why you want to be a part of the MORC Board. (see thread in the General forum where you can post or ask questions about being on the MORC board)
