Anybody gonna run out and put a 5th Element shock on their Blurr?... Anyone want to purchase a Fox AVA???

I just emailed progressive last night to get a price and part number. Apparently (if we believe the magazines) this thing makes the Blur one of the top trail bikes. (not that it wasn't already)

My question would be - who could use my Fox float (with lockout) - I suppose it is going to have to fit a bike properly and just can't be slammed into just any frame....

If I look at what bikes fit the 5th element of the same part number as the Blur, would one assume those same bike owners could fit the Fox float as well?

Hmmm...

I believe it runs about $349 Colorado Cyclist now sells the Blurr and listed that shock as an option. It would be cool but I may have to let a few more miles accumulate to justify it.

measure the distance between eyelets on the shock when it's not compressed. That's how you get the shock size. If it's 6.5 in. I might by interested. I haven't been having a great time with my current shock (Manitou QL).

The Blurrs got a7.8 inch shock eye to eye. I'm sure that will work on your ride. lets make a deal.

Sorry, I'd really like to buy it from you but the extra inch will run the shock into the frame. Not going to work.
