Hi,
I'm traveling to Wisconsin to a wedding on the 5th of sept. I would love to stop in minnesota for a couple of day's and camp and ride. I would love to ride the best minn. has to offer. willing to trade info on colorado rides, you really need to get out here and ride Frutia. I live in frisco, aka copper, breckenridge, keystone, vail , and can help you out with info. Anyway, can you help me?

Coming from colorado. eh. If you are looking for very extreme go the farm I've got directions send me a private message.
Lebanon hills is my favorite place. not to difficult except for the xx loop. it has some challenges in there you people in colorado can take all of that.
WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT' GO TO TERRACE OAKS.
So how is vail's riding? I have been to brekenridge and vail and would like to get back out there. I am only 15 but would like to go on a road trip sometime down there.
I recommend lebanon it is really fun. If you would like directions send a Private message (I check it everyday).

Hillside park Or also called Elk River is a good ride. No big climbs, but its a great 7 mile loop for a good time.

Head north my friend. Duluth and northward up the shore, lots of challenging rides.

We don't have any mountains, but we sure have some nice trails with dedicated riders building and riding them.

Jack, while I am not sure what to tell you about the "Best that Minnesota Has to offer." The trail reviews and descriptions here seem to be very acurate. You didn't say where in WI you were headed, but Northern Wisconsin has some great offerings as well, check out http://www.cambatrails.org/
I am leaving to go out to Colorado on Sunday morning, August 24th, right after the 24 Hours of Afton. I will be traveling with the wife and my two girls ages 3 and 6. We will be spending a week in Avon. Since I am doing the 24 hours solo, I am not sure how I will feel about riding, but I KNOW that once I get there, I will want to ride. My wife will certainly encourage that I go ride while the "ladies" go shopping or whatever...
Fruita does read like it would be amazing riding, but it's like 150 miles from Avon. Anything closer to your neck-o-the woods...I would love if you could point me in a good direction for where I might be able to find some info on decent rides in Colorado. If you could email any info, it would be much appreciated: email: yokanovich at comcast dot net

I have ridden with many people from Colorado that say they wish they had more trails like Lebanon Hills. Check it out (see link in post below)

The trails in Minnesota are terrible so don't bother.
I say this so the word does not get out and eventually the trails are packed with riders. Ok, I know I am selfish and yes the riders make the trails, the trails do not make the rider or do they.

The Lebanon Hills trail has already been mentioned, but if youre looking for a place to camp too, you can pitch less than a mile away... http://www.co.dakota.mn.us/parks/hillscamp.htm

There will be a group of us north of Duluth at Lutsen. There's some cool trails there. Lots of vertical and the scenery is awesome. The trails will be a bit longer than Lebanon, depending on what you're looking for - be nice guys, I love Lebanon!
We'll be up there the weekend you're talking to - 5, 6, 7. Don't know if you need to head back right away or not, but you could meet us there if you have the time.
This link might give you some info.
