Write a bunch of funky marriage stuff here so he has something to read when he gets back to the forums....or just wish him luck because all of us married men know he needs it......:).

Chris, I don't know other than what I have read here. I do look forward to meeting everyone someday.

One of the more valuable things that I have learned in my 7 years of marriage is that sometimes it is easier to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission.

Good luck.

So Shad....have you gotten up enough nerve yet to ask the new Mrs. D if Chris can come out and play on Tuesday nights yet for the group rides?

Shad was the official winner of the "Drunk off his *$$" award because he was ... well, drunk off his *$$.

In this state, Shad will tell you all about the Maah Daah Hey trail, whether you want to hear about it or not ... or if you weren't even talking to him ... or if you were talking about bio luminescence...

I've got two days off from work now, and I need it! The wedding was really wonderful, and I'm not just saying that. Best time of my life. I know that sounds like a stupid cliche, but it really did turn out that way. Stranger than fiction! :)

That said, I'm now glad it's all over, 'cause we need sleep!

And, yes, I'll see you guys Tuesday at 6. I'm not on THAT short of a leash ... although, I do have to be home by 6:30 ... and we live in S. Minneapolis ...

This is the bad part about getting really drunk, I don't know my behavior and hope I am not a drunk idiot who makes everyone mad at me. I don't think I am that way, but I was drunk so who knows.....

No, you're obviously the happy, "I love everybody!" kind of drunk, which is a good thing. :)

I had fun messin' with you, though, at the Green Mill when you kept going on about Maah Daah Hey.

Chris: "Hey, Shad, maybe we should just be drunk during the whole Maah Daah Hey trip next year ..."

Shad: "No! You can't be drunk while riding the Maah Daah Hey trailsh. You're out there in the wildernesshh and it's shurvival, man. You can only rely on yourshelf and the guys your withsh ...

Chris: "Hey, how 'bout them Twins?"

Shad: "Yeah, they need to go out and ride the Maah Daah Hey trail 'cause then they'll learn schurvival. When you're out there in the wildernesshh it'sh jusht you and the guysh you depend on ..."

Oh, I was dredding that because I felt horrible. But I made a promise, so I showed. Actually once I started riding, I felt a lot better. Maybe riding is the perfect fix for a hangover.

Condidering I don't drink much, this is the second time I have ridin' Leb on a hang over. Chris made me ride hung over to train for the Maah Daah Hey.......he made me do it!!!!

It was probably better for us that you weren't in perfect form.

That's funny...... .....but I think I always have a low-key style about me. I don't want people to think I am arrogant or something.
