Okay, so I just biffed my derailluer while riding this weekend. A bent chain link got caught in the pulley and managed to wrap the derailluer 180 degrees around its pivot. I can fix it but I just need one part, so I was hoping maybe someone had a busted XT derailluer that I could get the part from. I would rather just get the one part than buy a whole new derailluer.

The derailluer I need the part from is the Shimano XT RD-M750, its the newest XT RD. I believe I can get the part from the LX RD-M570 too. If anyone has an extra laying around they want to sell, a busted one they have nothing to do with, or know where I can get derailluer parts let me know. Does penn or eriks hold onto busted parts? Thanks

I would suggest trying to order the part from a shop. I think Quality would have parts available. They should be able to get it. It's just whether or not they want to deal with ordering a small part like that vs. trying to sell you a new one.

Good luck.

I have a busted XT RD-M750 Derailleur. Might work, but it sound like you may have busted the same thing I did. Work a look though...

If you can salvage anything off of it you can have it. I was most likely going to throw it away anyway.
