Anyone up for a group ride this saturday morning?

I propose 9 am at Lebanon, Farm or Elk River. We could make it earlier also if there's a desire.

Whose in?

I would love to ride but I am getting my oil changed at 8:00am.

If we start late enoguh I should be able to make it to anyof the three trails mentioned.

Hey, I'm in! Preferably Leb or Farm. I havn't been to the Farm yet, but I'd LOVE to go (need a guide...) 9 am is great for me, I'm not much of an early bird.

Let me know when/where you decide on.

There's a good chance I'll be there - now that I know where the Farm is. . .
Though any of the trails would be great.

Here we go kids. . .

Great to hear from you all! I hereby decree that we have a hoedown on The Farm!

We'll meet in the SA parking lot (hundertmark & cty 41) at 9 am.
SA is quite accomodating in letting us park in their lot, so fill your tank or buy some trail food while you're there.

For those that have not ridden the farm before, this would be a great opportunity to ride it casually, with a few others, that can give you a heads up as to what you'll encounter next on the trail.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and to a fun ride!

I'll be the one with the big blue dodge pickup.

Have fun on the river Marty and Jamie, we'll miss ya.

I'd love to ride the Farm w/a group (my wife doesn't want me to ride out there alone!) but I have one problem...I'm kind of slow. What kind of pace/speed could one expect on a group ride? How long would it take to get through the trail?

I have never been to the farm either, I should be able to make it.

Scott

--Could someone please email me directions to the SA? From 494 is fine.

From southwest corner of 494 in Eden Prairie, take highway 5 west to Cty. Rd. 41 (Chestnut St.) and head south (L). In roughly 3 miles you'll come to the SA on the west or Left side of the road at the corner of Hundertmark and 41.

From 494 you could also take 212 west to Chaska then take Chestnut (cty. rd 41) north out of town to Hundertmark.

MUni - dont worry about the ride speed we'll keep it pretty relaxed and casual. We're out there to have a good time with others, not race.

See ya Saturday!

It sounds like we will have a good group this weekend! I'll try not to be late (I'm 0 for 2 on group rides so far). I've got a better chance since I've been out there once before, but if you don't see me I'll be that guy going the wrong way injuring myself (or at least that is what everyone seems to think about this trail);)

Black Golf - Orange Klein.

See y'all out there.

Dang, wish I could make it for this ride. I'll have to catch you all the next time around. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you that I have not met yet, and riding with some of you that I know from the trails or trail work...

Have a good Farm ride! Torey - take it easy on those guys... and if nobody answers your question, I'd plan on the ride taking an hour or so - plus it is quite a drive out there from where you live. I believe there are a few places you could sneak out if the ride gets long - just ask one of the guys that is familiar with the trail.

Maybe someone will bring a camera and get some pics?
