Goat Trails?

This isn't Battle Creek related, but there isn't a forum for "Other Trails".

I have enjoyed riding the "goat trails" at Crosby Farm Park at W. 7th/Shepard Rd. over the past couple of years. It's a short trail end to end, but highly technical and has gorgeous scenery. Nice for trail running too.

I am curious to know who maintains that trail and if it isn't, perhaps it is a candidate for MORC oversight? Is it even legal to ride it? I assume so, since I see so many bikers on it, it seems to be maintained and fairly well-known among the MTB community here in the Cities.

I used to ride the Goat Trails a long time ago, when I got my first mt. bike, but I haven't been down there in ages. They were really fun, but short, like a mile or a little more.

I would think they are part of the Ramsey County park system, thus not legal, but I don't know for sure.
