Public ride?

I rode Buck a few years a go when it was open to the public. Now I belive the Penn has races there, and there isn't any open time for recreational riders like myself. True, false... are there any weekends that are open?

Nope, Buck is just for racers from what I have heard. We even tried to get a MORC member ride day there but failed. Maybe if more people were to pester them about it...

Really it is a fun ride with all the new stuff MORC helped put in this spring etc.

If you join the mountain bike patrol, you can ride it on race nights! ;)

IIRC the trail is open for riding on Thursday afternoons before the race. From like 2 PM - 5 PM or something like that. That was the way it was previous years (may have been a fee associated with that, not sure), not sure if it's changed this year.
