What races are planned for this year in MN?

Hello, I just registered on this. I'm interesting in attending some of the races here in Minnesota for the fun of racing without the traveling to other states, but I don't have a great idea of what's planned for 2003. Any help would be great!!!

I know that morc is involved in a Spring Cup and 24 Hours of Afton, but there are a lot more for sure. We will soon be updating our calendar with all 2003 race dates - I think some are still up in the air.

I'm sure one of our other guys that have more info will reply to this shortly.

When does the afton site usually get updated?
Can anyone who has done the 24 afton solo and snowshoe 24 or moab 24 give me a comparison on the level of commitment for snowshoe or moab?

I updated our calendar with many race events for this year.

If anyone has events they would like listed - be it a race, group event, club meetings etc. please let me know and we can get it updated.

I believe you can submit an event to the calendar as well if you like. It just requires a moderator to approve.

Also on the calendar should be the Star of the North State Games MTB race - Sunday June 22nd at Eastwood Park in Rochester. Ron Moffit is the promoter for this race this year (I think) and it should be a cool event.

I went with my brother last time it was held in Rochester (2001) and Ron managed to pull off a fun event for the few who attended.
