Help!!! Lost Item ay Lebanon

I need your help,

I drove out of Lebanon last night with my Blood Glucose Monitor on top of my car.

It looks like a paperback book size, black neoprene case.

It is most likely near the entrance to the parking lot, or out on Johnny Cake ridge road heading north or Cliff heading east.
