The infamous DirtSpanker is this weekend at the Mont du Lac Ski Area in Duluth. DS on Saturday (course opens at 12:00) and pre-riding to all those pre-registered. Sunday is the Cross-country. The new course is a mixture of new and old. Gone are some of the dips; new is some of the most fun single-track you will race. Everybody that has ridden it has so far loved it.
Come on in on Saturday, primitive camping available ($5/lodging facility, tent or camper), and stay for the weekend. The weather is suppose to cooperate but then again we are located on the shores of Gitchee Gummee so no guarantees about temps so bring warm clothes and cool clothes.
