Length of the trails

I am curious if others with bike computers might be willing to weigh in on some trail lengths as a comparison.. perhaps we can all find an average and go with that.

Trail lengths needed (reset counter at trailhead, count at trail exit - not the parking lot etc.)

Here is what I got:

Beginner Trail = .77

Expert Loop = 1.05

Expert Loop up to the XX Loop = .80

Entire route (with expert and beginner) = (didn't do yet - I think it is near 4.9 miles?)

Entire route (taking intermediate bypass, not expert loop) = (didn't do yet)

I also got 1.55 miles for the XX Loop, but since it is not open yet, don't worry about this one for now. ;)

Will be interesting to get some feedback on this....

Sounds alittle high from what I remember but I'll pay more attention this evening and let you know what I get

4.9 miles is about what my computer says the full length of the trail is. :)

Darn you guys are too quick.....I did get 4.9 for each lap I made this evening...why is it each lap never seems to last long enough?

I was out this morning and recorded these numbers:

Beginner Trail = .79

Expert Loop = 1.08

Expert Loop up to the XX Loop = .81

Entire route (with expert and beginner) = 4.81

I started clocking at the beginner trail head and ended recording the entire route at this same point.

I also recorded a loop that took the second beginner bypass and the intermediate bypass which clocked about 2.5 mi

BTW I caught two poachers on the XX trail but it turned out to be Jan so I let him off for good behaviour.:D

That was cheating... I started at the trailhead and stopped at the exit. No wonder you got an extra .02 out of it ;)

Seems like we're fairly close at least...
