I have been told that the guys at BLAST are monitoring the trails and if there is no significant rains they may open earlier, otherwise plan on a May 1 opening.
Note there will be a fee to park there (see previously closed thread for more info and why we're not discussing the fee any longer)
This is a fun trail to ride - well worth the trip out there from wherever you might be in the metro area. See the review we have posted on Elk River for more information (click the trails button above, its under the metro area)
