MN Biking Community:
I am taking applications for a part-time bike shop person.
General Description:
Support the on-going operation of the Sibley Bike Depot - a membership supported community bike shop – a bike thrift store.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Develop an understanding of mission, programs, and activities of the organization.
-Assist with repairing, recycling, and reselling donated bikes and accessories.
Essential Eligibility:
-Knowledge, ability, and willingness to work with a broad array of diverse communities.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and oral communication skills.
-Creative problem solving skills.
-Basic bike mechanic skills.
Hours:
Tuesday: 4:00-7:00pm
Thursday 4:00-7:00pm
Friday: 4:00-7:00pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
I am looking for one or two people to cover any or all of these hours.
Pay scale
$7-$10 per hour depending on experience
