It is supposed to be eighty and sunny for trailwork on Wednesday!

We'll be leaving from the par three lot at five pm, but you can join the party any time before dusk by finding us on the trail.

Tools will be provided. Please wear long pants, work boots, and gloves and bring bug spray and plenty of water.

Does the trail close to the public on Wednesday nights during trailwork?

This week we'll just use you for your body. :D If you are available later next month, we may be having a supply run day but it is still in the very tentative future.

Thanks! It sure was an experience. It was great to see you out there. Congratulations on your finish -- I hope your knee is still speaking to you.

nope. Just look out for workers and tools.

I think the main tool is still in NoDak, though.:p

The trail remains open during trailwork. Riders expect to find us on the trail Wednesday evenings and have been very good about not using our crews as trail features.

- I hope your knee is still speaking to you.

thanks, since i couldn't run, there was no pressure to do well in the race. Sadly, the knee let me know throughout the entire run it wasn't happy with me. Biking however, seems to keep it loose.

I'll be a bit late tonight.

But I'd make a good trail feature?!?!?

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who came out tonight. It's amazing the amount of ground we can cover with just a few additional bodies.

Special thanks to Carl, Matt, and Ted for adding additional awesome to the Wednesday crew.

Thanks Mara. I just thought it was so sad that I had to cut down that thistle in the rocks. The thistle worked so hard to grow there, and to just cut it out in cold blood......well let's just say it cut me deep. :cryin::cryin::cryin: :D

special thanks for the beer, and preview of the new section. looking forward to getting on that.

Thank you for your work. I plan on making it to one of these here soon. The way I see it, I have to pay to play. If i want to see the trail kept up, I should put in a little time to help that effort.

Now if work would just chill out a little so I could make it on a wed... :(

+1 I probably did more shovel leaning last night (kinda tired), but in order to use the trails I believe 2 things gotta happen: 1. join MORC-IBMA, and 2. participate at some level.

If the 30-40 riders I saw last night during trail work each put in 2 hours doing anything but saying "thank you" or "you're going the wrong way", the trails and organization would be much more powerful.
