Nikolai Anikin has proposed the idea of a free, informal mountain bike race held each Wendesday night. Feedback is wanted to see what everyone would like this to look like and if there is much interest in having this type of thing.
Here are some general ideas at this point:
-Races are free to COGGS members. Must be a member to race (for insurance reasons).
-30-45 minutes in duration
-Rotates between different available race sites (Hartley, Piedmont, Lester)
-Start at 6:30 or around there
-Different classes will start at slightly different times (can't do mass start for insurance reasons)
Nikolai has requested some feedback to see if there is much interest in having these. If you'd like to participate, please feel free to email him directly at nikolai248@yahoo.com and also CC me as well, adamsundbergdc@hotmail.com. Also give suggestions as to how you feel the races would best fit what you're looking for.
