Please register now (https://www.signmeup.com/site/reg/register.aspx?fid=YY2V4K7&Source=Calendar29) if you've not already.
Should be a great event again this season with mucho MORCers in attendance. Some people might even ride with Don...not tons, but a few, because he's really fast.
Great trails. Well run event. Mountains of swag. Super time of year (no child eating black flies, yet).
I personally invite any attendees to our cabin at Lakewoods resort for an evening of lies, margaritas and shenanigans on Sunday.
Be the MFing ball bishes.

I really want to go to this, I've never been to any events yet. So do you still have to bring a lot of your own food or do they have cookouts? From what I've read those trail systems are tons of fun. Are they anything like the HPT's in lacrosse?

Czech the itinerary. There are some scheduled feeds included but, IIRC, most meals are on your own.
Many good options depending on your preferences.

I'll be one of the minions eating Don's dust. He is fast and he stole my girlfriend too. If you see him up there handle with care. Just sayin'!
The growlers are packed. Bring on the CAMBAFest fun!

"I always have to wait up for my girlfriend behind me" thats my excuse for going slower
I see last day to register is tomorrow so we gotta make a decision quick. Is camping fees included in the $75 registration or where do most camp?

I'm planning on that, since I did actually pass you once. Now that I've taken some rotational weight off the Trek, I might stand a chance.

FYI - we have a few people bagging out early but have our place Sunday and Monday evening (cabin at Lakewood's Resort).
If any folks are looking to extend their stay by a day or two please let me know and I'll see what we can arrange.

I was thinking about heading up to the Cable area for some biking this weekend before I knew about this festival. Does anybody know if you have to register for this or can you go there and just do your own thing and ride the trails? If so do you expect the campgrounds to be full? Thanks!!

I don't know about registration, but the campgrounds tend to be full every weekend all summer. I recommend reservations in advance, especially for the popular National Forest campgrounds.

You don't have to register to ride any of the trails. That being said, it is fair to expect an Amish-quality shunning if you try to socialize with Festivalians sans ID.;)
