Gather at the north end entrance at five pm Wednesday for trailwork. We'll be working on a couple different projects, including some long anticipated rockin' out. If you can't make it at five, look for us on the trail. Once you're signed in, we'll point you at the group that needs you. We'll be on the trail until a bit before dusk.
Tools will be provided. Please bring your own water, bug spray, gloves, and work boots.
Temporary meeting place change: The north loop is inaccessible from the par three lot due to Luce Line construction. Meet at the north end entrance instead. Please ride your bike if possible; otherwise park in the far corner by the paved path leading in to Wirth. Parking is legal here during trailwork hours only and only during Luce Line construction. Non - hospital visitors' cars will be towed at all other times.
From the par three lot, continue north on Theo Wirth Parkway to the stop sign at Golden Valley Road. Turn left on GV Road and left again at the stoplight for Hidden Lakes Parkway. Follow the main road and signs for Regency Hospital up the hill to the trailhead.
Please go the long way around and do not use the access road; besides breaking our agreement with the park, it could get you an expensive trespassing ticket.
Happy trails!
