Meet in the par 3 lot at 10:30am.

Bring a rake if you have one. If you have extras, please bring them too.

This doesn't take very long and is easy light work. Hope to see you there!!!

Bump!

Just a reminder that this Sunday is the annual Theo raking party! Come help out. Why do we rake? For a couple of reasons. One, it's a lot better fall and winter riding without leaves on the trails. Two, when spring comes, the trail dries out and hardens faster which will shorten how long we have to keep the trails closed.

Normally I'd be blazing a path of fuzzy destruction, but this event is so much fun I'm willing to give Bambi a break, climb out of my tree stand, and join the festivities.

Yes if you have one. If not, we should have a few extras.

We had plenty of people last year. Thanks for trying though. If you make it this year, we can make you work double hard if you want us to......;)

I missed the last Sunday before hunting season because at 10:30 I still couldnt keep water down after the long night of drinking before

By the time hunting and thanksgiving are past things should be totally frozen and not much to do...which would be nice I guess. Enough with all this wet and cool...bring on the snowy and cold!!!

This is still a go. It will likely be below freezing tomorrow (forecast shows 31 at 10:30am) when the raking party starts, so dress appropriately. We will still rake if it snows or it's light rain. This needs to get done and hopefully we can get most, if not all, of the leaves off of the trail.

Don't forget to bring a rake if you have one. See you all tomorrow morning!

Light snow this morning, but should not cause any issues for raking. It will be about 34 degrees at 10:30am.

The coffee fairy is nowhere to be seen, but we have hot and cold organic cider and cookies and croissants from Trung Nam . . .

Hey Shad, with the Par 3 lot chained up is there a good spot nearby to park? I'm still getting to know the area.

Gary, you can park at the main chalet lot. Go past the par three lot and it will be a couple blocks further on your left at the stop sign.

The raking party was a huge success. About 10 of us raked the entire trail system in under 3 hours.....awesome! mara and I brought some croissants, cookies, and hot apple cider for everyone. Once again, the annual raking party was a great time. A huge thanks to everyone who showed up to help us out!
