We will be working on the section 6 downhill armor again. We also need to do some general maintenance on some existing trail issues. The more people that show up, the quicker we can get section 6 done. We have had a great turnout so far and we are getting a lot done.
Meet at the Par 3 Lot at 5pm sharp or come meet us at the work site. We have less daylight, so we will be more prompt about getting to the work site. This will be in the new section 6 where we are putting in the downhill. If you plan to show up and think you will or might be late, PM me and I will give you my phone number so you can call me to find us.
A HUGE THANKS TO ALL OF OUR VOLUNTEERS!!! We really appreciate the extra effort being put towards this awesome project!

I plan on being there.
Me too!
Dirt leader types, be prepared to take small groups out on tread repair missions. I'm hoping to get some hardcore multitasking done tonight.

Oh....don't worry.....we will have extra tools for you......;).
This is actually quite common. We usually bring a few extra tools so when riders stop to help they can. Keep in mind, we will mostly be working on section 6, which is not part of the current open trail system (yet). So if you can't find us, you can always call. PM me if you want my phone number.

We will be based out of six, but many/most of us will be off in roving trail repair teams rather than armoring this week.
Those teams will be fixing the easily fixed and making notes of places that need more extensive repair -- perfect for zippy people like Mark and Tom who can walk and fix the trail faster than I can ride it!

No worries dude. That's why we call it volunteer work. It's not mandatory for anyone to show up. Although, I think I am excluded from that.....:)

Don't feel bad -- I'm sure there will be another Slimpee special job coming up soon. :p
If you find out the undisclosed location of Dick Cheney, please disclose! (I've always suspected he hides out in our toolbox when we aren't working and rearranges all the orange fencing.)
