If Yeti would put a ISCG mount on the 575 I would have one already, but they have not so I am searching.

Meh, way to solve 50% of the "derailleur" issue. Fail.

Rohloff still has this beat by miles.

That being said, I'll probably still buy it...!

edit: scratch that, not available in 180mm. FAIL!!!
