Actually, i don't know if i want people to know how slow i go.

maybe it would be safe to wear that on the road at night. It just might keep you from getting hit. The car would realize that you aren't going 30mph. However, they might be upset that you are going so slow, everybody knows that if the speed limit is 30 the required speed is 30-40mph.
