Lebanon Hills Trail Work - May 13 @ 6PM

We will be having our first trailwork session this coming Tuesday, May 13. Meet in the parking lot.

Everyone is welcome, all you need is gloves and long pants... work type boots is also suggested.

We will be starting on the new trail this coming week! Come be some of the first to see the new route and get in on one of the best parts of trail work.

Feel free to post up if you have any questions... we hope to see you there!

Bump! Just a reminder to everyone about trail work coming up this Tuesday.. the first of the year.

Was out doing more clearing on the new trail, so we should be able to walk the entire trail and clear a path for construction to start. An easy trailwork session to start out the year, but very much needed as we have National Trails Day coming up in early June and need to get a jump on things.

Actually we won't be on the existing trails so even a bit of rain won't hurt us... but stay tuned just in case. I'm trying to talk the other TeamZ members into a possible alternate...

I will be there. I have been stuck indoors all day! I am eating a salad for dinner so I don't feel so bad about eating a ridiculous amout of cookies.

Just so everyone knows, we're still on for trailwork tonight. The rain should stop, and if not its not much to worry about. We aren't hiking on bike trails, so we won't do any damage... and the areas we'll be walking in aren't all that overgrown.

Hope to see everyone there... don't let some rain get you down. Its for a good cause, and we really need the trail cleared so the machines can come in before national trails day.

Yes, thanks everyone! We really got a lot of clearing done on the new trail.. enough so machine work can begin. This was a very important step in the process, and critical to the REI/MORC national trails day event.

It was good to see regulars show up, but also to see so many new faces!

Most of you don't realize how upset Liz gets if I bring home leftovers... so Johnny Cake Ridge Road sometimes gets a helping.
