The City of Elk River Parks and Recreation Department (ERPR) is hosting the second annual "Ramsey Bicycle Fallen Oak Off-Road Duathalon" on Saturday, July 12th, 2008. This will be 95% off-road. The only part on the road will be the lead-out and then the return after each lap.
They have asked us to provide medical support again this year. I may be able to be there for the morning start, but will have to be at work at Lake Maria by 2:00. Is anyone else able to help out? Let me know so I can let Rich know we have it covered.
Ride safe,
Hans

Any word on how many Patrollers will be available to help us out for this? We will have shirts and swag for each one that can make it.
Thanks!

I think Scott, Jodi, Jay and maybe me, depending on what time I get home from work the night before. (By mid-July the drunk teens in the campground have almost all been grounded, but you never know when we'll get a new group from out-of-town.:fool:)
What time do you want us there?

Hans

Ha ha ha! The race starts at 9am, we open registration at 7:30. We expect the top 5 finishers to take about two hours to complete the race. The rest will trickle through for another 45 minutes. Should be done by noon.

I'll be there. Hans don't be yellin' at me again this year please. :)
I'll probably bring my boys with to check it out, they can ride the jumps out back whilst I patrol.

Yeah, Dan... you gotta get out there more often. Those jumps disappeared last winter. New plan in the works. Different layout.
Glad you can make it!

Moi? Yelling? Surely you jest. I'm not the DI type.
Scott and Jodi won't be able to make it, Jay, who lives in Elk River will. Just like Saturday, I won't know until I get home from work on Friday night.
Can you give Travis a ride?
