Spruce Knob, WV

I will be going down to WV to ride Spruce Knob for my anual "Old Man's Crawl and Mountain Bike Trip." The pictures on MTBR look pretty intense (http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?p=3488746#post3488746).

Has anyone ridden out here? What can you tell me? Are there any "don't miss" sections of trail?

Haven't ridden there (yet). I do a fair amount of business in Fairmont, WV. About 2 hours away. One of these times, I need to figure out how to leave the laptop at home, and bring a bike instead. Very pretty area.
