Decided to take off my Fox shock R last night. Can anybody inform me how how to rebuild it or what to do? It is mostly real dirty and seemed to bottom out more at the end of last season. This is the first time I have taken apart the bike. So any info will help.
Thanks Morc members.

The most you can do with those shocks is replace the seal kit. The fox website has a really nice tech section now. Look for "Air Sleeve Maintenance". Its a step by step process on replacing seals. Bottoming out? how often to you check the shock for proper air pressure?

Dan V pointed me to this site for shock rebuild kits or you can also send it in and have it done for you. I figured for $9 I could give it a whirl.
