The Backstory: I'd been wanting to update my beloved V-only/SS-only 2005 Inbred to a 1x9 disc, so I bought myself a new Winter trail bike as a Christmas present to myself. I fell for the new red slot dropout Inbred, and since On-One doesn't sell the red as a complete, I bought a bare frame and customized a build kit for myself.

The day after my new ride arrived, and before I built it up, I found a Pugsley I couldn't pass up. This made my beautiful new Inbred is 80% redundant for my purposes. Beyond this, I made some modifications to to an existing Azonic Steelhead I have, and now the new Inbred is 95% redundant. It's paining me to unload it, but I can't afford two new bikes.

I'm hoping to sell.

16" Inbred
http://www.on-one.co.uk/page215.html
Suggested Height 5'6"-5'10" Inseam 28"-31"

- It's completely brand new and unridden.
- Framesaver applied and prepped.
- A red 16" Inbred built complete with Bontrager Switchblade Race forks.
- The steerer is only partially cut down to leave a lot of room to play with before the final stem height decision is made. Supposedly, you also have the option to put a 29 up front with these forks. Try a 69er?

That's a good deal less than you could have someone build this for.

Please note, there are a couple of differences between the photos and what I'll be selling.

Pedals not included.

The photos show a Timberwolf 2.7/2.5 pair mounted. I won't be selling them with the bike. I just wanted to show that they'd fit nicely. The bike will be sold with a new pair of IRC Mythos XC Racing Kevlar tires, as listed above.

A used but good condition pair of Timberwolf 2.5 tires is available.
A slightly used pair of Maxxis Larsen TTs 2.3 is also available.

Finally, I just realized I have a different saddle mounted that what I'll be selling. Pictured is a used WTB Speed V. Sold will be the Sette saddle listed above.

Please PM with questions. More photos available.

I live in south Minneapolis and work in Eden Prairie.

Thanks for looking.

Scott

Clarification on the forks: They're the Bontrager Switchblade Race. Not the X Lite version.

Sweet frame and sweet build!

Those rear dropouts are the best I've seen... pretty much any configuration you could want without the headaches of adjusting your disc caliper whenever you get a flat.

Just out of curiosity, could the 2.7 have fit in the frame?

I haven't tried the 2.7 in back, but if it fits it would be tight. There is a bit of room around the 2.5 so I should see what I can do with it. I ran a 2.7/2.5 pair on my old Inbred, so that's what I had immediately available.

EDIT: Naw, I don't think the 2.7 would fit the chainstays. There's a little less room than on the 2005 SS-only Inbred.

Still available. I just put it on eBay with a BuyItNow at $1200.

It seems there's a lot of broke people with good taste on this forum. Powerball is calling your names. Hear the siren song.

If it doesn't sell, I'll be sucking up the expense and enjoying the ride. I guess I win either way. Yay, me.
