Melissa and I are heading out to Afton to ski on Tuesday afternoon. Planning on getting there around 2pm, lift tickets are $31 after 2pm. Meet at lift 7 if you are interested...

I was at Afton saturday with the fam and was surprised the conditions weren't quite what I had expected. It wasn't bad but I was expecting better.

How about a good meeting spot at noon for Twin Cities car poolers in the SW Metro? We could actually meet at Leb. Everyone should know where that is. I don't know where you guys live exactly, but, that should reduce backtracking for anyone. Unless someone has a better idea/better place to leave our cars all day.

Yea, I wasn't expecting Deer Valley either. With 6 inches of new snow earlier in the week, I was just expecting better than what it was. I guess left over stoke because we had planned to go wednesday or thursday but it didn't work out. The snow would have been fresh then.

That is what I always liked about skiing on new years day, everyone else is too hung over to ski.
