Merry Xmas to all.
I opened my gifts early and got a Garmin Etrex Summit HC. Anyone on here have one? Seems pretty nice so far, but thanks to the weather I havent gotten a chance to give it a workout.
The bundle came with the Garmin 2008 Topo US. On that note does anyone have any codes to unlock some more map packages? I'd be really interested in more detailed topos from CO, UT, MT, NV, CA. I'd be more than willing to trade for a copy the dvd that came with my unit (;)).

i'm getting this for x-mas, as an add on for my Garmin MAP 60c. i'm wondering how detailed it is? yeah i know, i could wait till the a.m., but what's the fun in that!!?? :nono:

As you've probably found out by now, it isnt all that detailed. I used it to navigate my way around the cities yesterday and it really only had major highways. Although I havent had a chance to take it out in the woods yet.
Let me know what you think about it.
