WTB: V-Brakes, Short rise Stem,

For my '99 Gt Pantera build (non-disc) for now, I am looking for some GOOD V-brakes, Shimano/Avid? If they are in good shape and are light they will do. With or without pads is fine.

Also, need a short rise stem, if you have something laying around just send a pic and it could work for me.

Are you looking for just the brakes or levers too? I have some Avid SD 5s sitting around. Give me a little better idea of what you are looking for in a stem. I have a few of those sitting around too. I have a 60mm Azonic sitting around.
