I know there are a bunch of MORCers in Eagan with cushy desk jobs, let's copy the cool downtown people and grab a long lunch somewhere. :D

I'm on my way to Obee's Sub Shop on Lone Oak Road. I love places where English is their second language.

I do Magic Thai Cafe (35E and Lone Oak) on Fridays usually... one of the best buffets around.
I'd be open for lunch now and again....

Have you ever been to Ho Ting across from Walmart there in Eagan? Best buffet in town for Chinese chow...

Isn't there a Mongolian Grill right next to OC? Is that what you are talking about Eric? I love Mongolian grills. The trick is in the stacking of the bowl for the lunch specials to maximize food to dollar ration. I have the technique down. If I knew how to post a picture in the forums I would show you a recent example from Kahn's.

We might have to try each of them then vote. Magic Thai is tough to beat, they have both Thai and Chinese. LOVE their cashew chicken, spring rolls etc.
Dangit.. now I'm hungry.
