I just re-called all PMs sent and moved the user to a holding area. It appears this is just a SPAMMer that got through as if they were a real person.

We have pretty good spam protection now - people registering need to enter a key word, so that stops bots from generating automated IDs and posting SPAM... every once in a while someone gets through but its not been too bad.

We also limit the number of PMs that can be sent, so if this person was spamming they would have had to be patient and work really hard to get a PM out to every user.

If this type of thing happens again we'll have to look at further limiting PM usage for newly registered users.

I want a Buddha spam! I never get Buddha spams. All I get is stuff from Bed Bath and Beyond and some guy who calls me "Mr. Dear Sir" saying I won the lottery in Botswana or Algeria. This isn't fair. I never get Buddha spams. I want my Buddha spam!

I got it too, even weirder since don't live even close anymore. I have to say, its my first experience with Buddhism spam, i was at least expecting more-naked-than-usual Buddha.
