winter commuting is almost here

It sure ahs been nice the last weeks. WE had some really surprising days thrown in there, but today and it looks like the rest of the week are taking us into winter

My ride was good today. All tail wind. 5:30 am for 20 minutes, then 5 pm for 45. Stayed plenty warm, but not too warm. Think I need some clear lenses...

this mroning wasnt too abd 6am cold when I left but warmed up very fast. I need shoe covers though.....that was the only part of me that got cold,....

i had to fight the 35 mph winds all the way from hopkins to chanhassen. I got home pretty quick though. A couple sections on my way home I was passing cars on the shoulder of Excelsior Blvd going at least 35mph. A little scary at night with wind and panniers

I also fought the winds yesterday and this morning from MPLS to Hopkins along the MT and CLG. Looks like this afternoon will be cold, but a bit less windy!
