And don't trust your computer to do it correctly. Microsoft released about 125 Time Zone and DST patches in the last 3 years and most people either have a old bad time zone/dst patch on the systems or the patch was bad.

In this case they are just trying to make up for what lawmakers messed up... re-releasing patches because countries decide to jump on board last minute etc.

I was in Amsterdam last Sunday when they went through their fall back... I get in on two of them this year!
