Also for bars I really like the Clif MOJO or Odwala bars

I have always liked the traditional Lemon-Lime flavor. Like the original Gatorade. Orange would be my second.

Cliff Bars......I like the Gingerbread one. I think it's seasonal.

Cytomax - Tropical Punch - (I really notice a reduction in leg burn on long road rides with this stuff). ITOH the Citrus is really nasty tasting!

Cliff Bars - Cool Mint or Blueberry Crisp

Also I survived thousands of vertical climbing at Crested Butte mostly on Jelly Belly Sport Beans. I've heard from others that these don't sit well in their stomach but I've had no problems.

Gatorade don't really care what flavor. More for sugar than energy

Gluek's is a customer of mine. Just got the tour today, great operation. They also make Izze carbonated water/juice and Monster energy drinks. I got me a fresh can of M-80 right off the line. Kind of reminded me of the opening of Lavern and Shirley, with all the cans and bottles rattling along.
