Plan on another day of ROCKS!!

Fall Trailwork Schedule for Murphy-Hanrehan: 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month.

We will meet on Sunday 11/4 at 10am at the main trailhead (where you would park if you were riding the trail). We'll supply the tools... but please wear long pants, good shoes or boots, and bring gloves, bug spray and water. A powerbar or similar snack might be a good idea too.

We will most likely be continuing work on the rock garden after marker 63. Specifically, we plan on extending the rock garden we started at the last trailwork session.

If you are under 18 yrs old, bring a parent or guardian along.

Thanks!!

Great Pete! After riding it last weekend, I really wanted a longer rock garden. Should be fun!

I'll be there.

You never seem to miss an oppurtunity to work with rocks! I have to admit, the rock days are some of my favorite also!

I can't pass up a chance to extend that rock garden. I'm really loving that section of trail.

Bump...

Remember to move your clocks back 1 hour tonight!!!

...if you forget, and you're at the trailhead and your watch says 10:00...

...but no one is there...

...hopefully you have an hour to kill. ;)

I'm out! The wife and I are taking the horses on a trail ride tomorrow. I guess I will be "there", just a couple miles down the road at the horse trails.
I haven't ridden our(my wife's) horse since last year so if you see me flying down the road out of control wish me luck. :scream: Hi ho Silver:whip:

Followed by:deadhorse: ......;)(wife said "not funny")

Dress warm. It'll probably be in the 40's the entire time we're out there.

So yeah I put my work clothes on this morning but didn't get back to the lower cities until now. Maybe I won't plan on being at the next trailwork session and actually be able to make it that time. Hope you were able to get a few things done.

The 63 rock garden is done.

Beyond small tweaks or repairs... the project is complete.

A BIG thanks to Cam, Jeff, Mike, and Kris for coming out today! I know we all wanted to ride on such a beautiful day, but we completed a sweet section of trail.

And THANKS to everyone that came out during previous trailwork sessions to help complete this project!!

And... thanks to Sam for the candy bars today... it was an unexpected treat! :D

Just tell her that the only horses you like to ride are made out of expensive metals, plastics and rubbers. She'll understand right??

Must have been a pretty good after ride party last night?

In Devon's defense, the landing after the jump had just been worked on so it was probably softer than the first time he hit it that day.

Hey Devo... it looked like you just slid out on the landing... get hurt at all? Also, if you talk to AP soon, tell him to check out this thread. That's him in the video.

ap doesn't need anymore arsenal for his ego. i'll let him find it himself :)

thanks for the inquiry. i'm fine. i'm probably better at falling than riding. maybe i should practice my riding and not so much the falling. yeah, that seemed a little soft but i was sideways like crazy too. i just need to get that section down and then it will be money.

We rode two laps tonight and the rock garden was great. I had better luck the second lap because I knew the layout better and managed some good air. Thanks guys for all the hard work!
