Ride: Battle Creek - Wed 9/26 5:30pm

Looks like a replay of last week. Maybe a hole in the weather to get a ride in on Wed. Check this thread on Wed. about 3:00 for final confirmation.

5:30 at the Rec Center Parking Lot.

Last week we ran out of daylight before we could squeeze Furn Gully in. This week I'm bringing lights for a second loop through the Gully after dark. Bring your lights if your interested. In either case come out for one of the last few evening rides at Battle Creek this season.

Watch your back out there.... the turkeys are hungry. I ran into several that gave me the eye on Saturday.

Okay it's getting depressing that I haven't made it out on a battle creek ride all summer and tonight is not gonna be any different :mad: I'm planning for next week though and I'll bring the beer.

Great ride! Bummer the night ride got cut. Hope Troy found his keys. and, hopefully he, or someone finds and turns in the lights that he lost during the ride. He will post up light info.

We found Troy's keys. Josh ended up with them somehow:confused:.

Good ride. Wish we had gotten the night ride in. But that lighting was scary. Heck, even the turkeys had taken cover. It was absolutely pouring on the drive home. Wonder if Ed got soaked out on the trail.

Bummer about Troy's light. Hope we find it on Saturday. Also bummer about Josh's knee. Wall of Death claims another victim.:evil:

Great ride tonight guys!! Despite things kind of falling apart for me at the end, I had another great night at BC. Wish we could have snuck that night lap encore in as well.

Jared, Thanks a ton for the trip home. And thanks everyone else for helping me look for the keys. At least I know where they're at now. Also comforting to know I haven't completely lost my mind. I was beginning to wonder as we searched for them. . . :crazy:

Here's a picture of the light I lost. I might try to head over there and check a few spots tomorrow.
