Well I decided on a such beautiful day as today I HAD to get out of St.Cloud and ride someplace new, that being the Milaca Trails.
So I arrived around 2P today and just picked out a random trail, I really didn't even notice the signs when I got there. I parked on the other side of the river nnear the park, rode across the bridge and just took a trail off to the right when I got there.
At first I was a bit turned off by how many ruts were in the singletrack, but after that first loop I took I found a better line and liked the whole trail for the most part! I didn't ride all of the loops, but I would say about 80% of it, that being I excluded the "Bog Monster". It was a fun trail overall, and I will definately go back, that being I bring a more CC oriented bike with. I took my Monocog singlespeed, which overall was a good bike, but there are some places you really need some some more gears to properly attack the terrain. :D
It was a fun trail overall, and I would recommend to any other mtn bikers especially this time of year.
