Park Point trails?

Hey guys, I'm planning on biking down to Canal Park/Park Point this weekend and I was wondering if there were any trails down there. I know that there's a hiking trail that starts by the airport but does anyone know if bikes are allowed on there or if there's other trails?

I would leave the bike and take some teva's. The walk along sand dune beach when the waves are going is fantastic.

afaik, that trail is open to bikes. it's flat, sandy and goes out and back.
much better riding in the winter when the sand is frozen. not really worhty of a bike trip. walking it and the surrounding dunes/beach would be cooler.

Here's a 3rd vote for walking over biking. The area is gorgeous with very little traffic on the trails or beach; all the visitors stop at Canal Park and the Park Point park. Lots of poison ivy in the woods so stay on the path.

Alright, thanks guys. Yeah, I've been down there a few times before but I just wasn't sure if I could bike on any trails. I'll still probably bike down to the area for something to do.
