My friends truck got broken into in the parking lot today at around 3pm. Looks like they got her purse:banghead::mad:.

Just like normal...keep your eyes open and your valuables hidden.

F#$% that! I will be sure to pass this on to the City. I'll have the cops patrol through there more frequently and check plate numbers and passes.

HIDE your valubles, and write down plate numbers of suspicious hoodlums in the parking lot. I've seen a few, but I'll be sure to watch them more closely now. I'll try get the number of the Elk River Police posted out there as well. Maybe if they notice that patrols are stepped up, they'll abandone that spot.

I was there Saturday night and there were no payment envelopes at the trailhead. Just figured you guys should know.

That sucks. Once these folks find easy targets they tend to gorge at the trough until they get caught so I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more.

When we were out on Wednesday, a patrol stopped by twice. I'm usually not happy to see them;)...but in this case, it was good.
