Hello everybody,
I thought I would let people know about an upcoming ride; the "Tour de Dakota County." Formerly known as the "Tour de Sprawl," the Sierra Club has organized this slower paced bike ride around Dakota County to show off our area's sustainable and eco-friendly features. The ride starts at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center just a few minutes east of the mountain biking area; and then proceeds to go through Apple Valley, Eagan, Lakeville and Rosemount.
There will be several stops along the ride to display the chosen eco-friendly sites as well as a lunch and guest speakers.
