just curious as to how hard the recent storms hit the trails, if anyone else is interested we should get a group of people to go help with the cleanup if it is bad, of course I am sure that the trails are the last thing on most people's minds, but when you guys do get to that stage of the cleanup let me know.

My friend and I actually had planned to go riding in Winona that weekend. Ended up deciding to go down and camp anyway and leave the bikes at home. After a bit of debating while hanging out in the local bars we decided to get a hotel room. Thankfully too as the campground we had planned on using flooded out.
I'd love to go down for a Sunday day trip sometime in the near future. People truly don't know what they are missing if they have never ridden down there.

8-9 inches with a little bit seeping in around the foundation, really muddy gets old, maybe you misheard and thought Goodhue was Goodview, because Goodview really got reamed,

Spoke with my brother down in Winona. Holzinger is probably not ridable - some sections may not be walkable even. Further north Cherry Hill access road got wiped out completely from what I understand.

I rode The Zinger today and to my surprise it was very good. On the low section there is one big tree in the way and on the climb up there is a spot that needs some attention. From what I heard it was the local shop guys @ Adventure who did the work on top- hats off to those guys. It was very well done, I hope to join up with them soon. Anyway, come on down, Holzinger has officially survived the 100 year flood. Shoot me an email, I'd love to meet up with you guys.

good to hear. i think the huge tree on the low roller is probably the one that was there when we were down about a month ago.
we're hoping to come down over for a day over labor day weekend. i'll post up the plans and hopefully we can meet up.

I just went down there today. It was rough to say the least. Defeinately post up if there is a trail clean up day. A few trees are down on the top loop. Enough to completely block the trail in 2 spots.
Anyways, still had fun. Peace out folks

Beck you are such a beginner at this thing. Find a current topic. Your bike sucks. I know this because it says so on your bike.
